day 32 & 33

Day 32
26th September 


I have no Wi-Fi connection, so I am unable to write regularly for a few days (not because I am lazy, hahaha) Adriene’s 30th my 32nd day on this magical yoga mat has been over. Today was full of downward dogs and arm strengthening poses. I again tried to do elephant’s pose and this time I was more successful at it (no photo unfortunately) but my award of this one month of regular practice was bakasana, crow pose. I couldn’t believe when my arms carried my body weight up to the ceiling easily. I could stay there even for 3 long breaths.







Day 33
27th September

I am so happy to announce that yoga revolution is completed. Today, I created my own flow and did whatever I wanted instead of following Adriene. I only sometimes looked at the video when it was hard to find a movement. She of course guided me for this session as well although she had no voice in the video. She said “use the vocabulary” and I did so! I applied whatever she had taught to me till this time.
Now, I need something new to add my practice. Something to challenge me more and more. I couldn’t decide yet. I need to sit and plan this but have no time. It should be waited until weekend. For the next three days I will be doing any yoga videos that I will choose randomly but I guess they will be again from Adriene’s channel.
Do you remember on day 19 I told you I couldn't do halasana although I was able to do it earlier. Today I did it !!! I did it perfectly well and almost at ease. Check!



No inspirational sentences gals, sorry. Keep in touch for that because yesterday I started to read Osho. This dude has really interesting methods regarding meditation and yoga. On the 3rd page or something like that he was saying “swing yourself side to side on your butt while telling ‘allah’ “ wth??? I will take it but not the allah part, thanks Osho (or translator). I don’t think Osho said Allah but ok, whatever.

I really hope someone is reading these though I am literally shitting my blog. :D
