Because our bodies do not have to be responsive every day. Some days it’ll feel like you can’t do what you were able to do yesterday.

Today, I am acknowledging and accepting this fact.
I stepped on the mat with the intention of a power flow that will energize my core area. When I started to flow I noticed this was not what my body wanted. Instead of drowning in my mind, I chose to flow in my body.

And I loved every second of it. 💖
