Listen. Listen to the sounds outside. That crying child or those chirping birds.

Listen. The whole world stands still, yet it moves. Time? It also keeps going just like the way you perceive. Dozens of people, animals, microorganisms. All continue to exist independently.

Be calm. Relax and let that breath you have been holding go. Now, turn your face inside and look at your beating heart. Listen to the sound, feel the vibration. Dive into your head and watch how you rule yourself. Everything here is a reflection of the truth. Everything here is under your control. Follow your thoughts by the power and awareness given by this idea. Without criticising, without interfering or judging.

With whom or what are you dealing with there? How does it affect your body? All happens in your head while the world keeps rotating around the sun. The truth within the truth. It is special only to you.

You notice this while lying down and going into your brain in the middle of the living room. Then, you scream quietly: AND YET, IT MOVES!

You are taking a deep breath and accordingly your chest is rising up. Is this what they call life, you wonder.

Leaving all the fear, anxiety and catastrophe near your body makes you feel the real peace. However, they are also a part of your being. Surprisingly, you are astonished with the tranquility and wisdom you witness underneath the chaos. It is YOU. Real you.

You embrace your roots with the earth instead of denying them. You make peace with yourself. Nevertheless, your life stands still and your body is shaking with the energy you have. Is this what they call feeling, you wonder.

Now, you know all is temporary. That crying child, those chirping birds. All. Temporary. You. Are. Temporary.
Only leaving things you love behind will upset you. Only breaking up with the things you think they are permanent will panic you.

A deep breath. Those breaths are temporary. And temporariness is a part of life. It won't be altered no matter what you do.

You notice this while lying down and going into your brain in the middle of the living room. Then, you scream, quietly: EPPUR SI MUOVE!
