yoga blessing month & youtube
HEY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am trying a new thing here! Listen:
I don`t know why exactly but I am super excited for this month. I feel like there is an energy ball inside my body filled with only positive thoughts. It is promising, isn`t it? Let me be honest, that is not a regular thing that I feel all the time, so I`ve had to turn it to my account by doing something good both for my body and mental health.
I haven`t been doing yoga regularly for about one month now. In November, I guess I only did yoga for 3 times?? Instead, I focused more on fitness and I am honestly not sure why. I just wanted to be more involved & dynamic during my "me-times". HOWEVER, this has allowed me to see that if I don`t practice yoga enough, my body starts to collapse. Literally. My every muscle (especially my shoulder and upper back muscles) hurts and my posture has changed (in a bad way). At the end of the month, I came to a point that made me say "do yoga or die in agony, bitch." Yeah, here I am again, back on the mat.
To celebrate it, I wanted to prepare one month yoga calendar. I thought it would be a great way to meet the new year as well. This is the last month of 2019 and I want to say goodbye to this weird year while I vibe only good energy. I feel so ready and so prepared to make this yoga challenge happen!!! YaAAAAyyyyyy! BUT WAIT, I don`t want to call it a challenge because it actually is not a challenge, come on, it is a blessing to do yoga. So, let`s call it blessing, folks. Are you ready to turn this December into a blessing for you? HOW???
As you know I have been teaching myself yoga through YouTube videos and you are familiar with the yoga instructors that I have been following (such as Adriene Mishler, Sara Ticha, Fiji McAlpine etc.) Whenever I love a yoga video that I perform, I add it to my favorites on YouTube. 2019 has been a year full of yoga and I have explored so many videos that made me feel like "WOWWW that was magic." I gathered those magical videos in one YouTube playlist for me (and if you want, it is FOR YOU, TOO) There are 31 videos in total, one yoga session for each day. It starts today, on 1st of December.
Why not turning your living room into a yoga studio? Why not starting now to bless your soul and body? I think this is the BEST way to say farewell to a year whether it has been a good or a bad one. Through this way, we will be accepting that whatever happened in 2019 is 2019`s problem. Now, we will only focus on the last month of this terrible OR wonderful OR ordinary year to say "HEY YOV thanks for everything you have taught me."
If you want to join me, I would be honored. (Please join me) I also would like you to know that I will be preparing a 30 day yoga blessing video on YouTube by gathering all of the videos that I will shoot each day throughout this December. I am, fuck yeah, excited.
