Happy international yoga day!

Discovering yoga has enabled me to explore and spread the love inside me.

Love was a connection to my inner voice. Love was being respectful to my inner teacher. Love was a submission of my heart to my mat.

I disciplined myself through yoga. I have achieved to manage many things that I had been avoiding for many years.

I have learnt to be grateful for what I have because I have stopped comparing my life with others.  I have experienced what is being alive. I have seen that my capacity is not limited with what I think.

Yoga has helped me to reset my mental state by recovering and taking good care of my physical form. Because it has shown my mind is not a seperate part of my body, and they are one.

It has taught me all beings are irreplaceable pieces of the universe and the universe is always there to catch and support us.

By yoga I have grounded. By grounding I have observed and enjoyed every moment. Maybe sometimes I couldn't apply all those out of my sessions, maybe sometimes I was too impatient or fierce to do anything but I always ran to my mat to find myself there again.

It has never been an escape, it has always been a salvation.

I will never cease inviting everyone to experience yoga. I will never give it up.

What happens on the mat remains for the rest.

These are my reasons.

Happy international yoga day.
