dedicate - day 9 & 10
Greetings from day 10 of Dedicate!
I didn’t have chance to do yoga
yesterday. That’s why today I merged two videos and did yoga for 50 minutes,
wow!!! I guess 9th day video titled “Divine” has been favourite day
so far. I can’t explain why but at the end of the practice I was smiling and
filled with energy that rebooted my whole system… I guess there is a connection
between these vibes and kapalabhati breath. Because whenever I experience
kapalabhati, I become superbly conscious and feel awesome. It really ignites
that strong, merry, and divine roots inside of you.
So, I did some research and
learnt the name kapalabhati actually meant “skull-shining breath”. For a while
ago, I wrote a blog post on my yoga blog that I cured my headache through
kapalabhati but then I didn’t know anything about it. It was just a pranayama
practice for me that Adriene taught. But now, reading that it shines and
brightens the organs, cells, veins and all of their connections placed at our
skulls. It is magical but going for a yoga flow after it is going to make you
smiiiiilllee.
Anyways, thanks to kapalabhati it
wasn’t hard to keep on for 50 minutes. I am glad that I have caught up with you
guys who are practicing Dedicate with #fwfg #yogacommunity. I had really bad
shoulder and back aches yesterday and maybe it was because I didn’t do any yoga…
The stretching felt exclusively good for those as well. I can’t offer anything
better but yoga (or simply stretching if you’re not into it) for those who have
chronical pains in the neck, back and shoulders.
Focusing your gaze on your mat, floating away from your physical environment and becoming one with your body and soul. This is all I can say about my experience for today.
