need some stretching?
Do you know
the struggle of being have to use computer throughout all day at work? Well, I
do. That’s why I am aware what my body need in terms of backaches and shoulder
pains. Before starting to do yoga regularly I had tough aches in my shoulders
and upper back. But do you know that only by a little stretch every day, even
during the work, you can get rid of these?
I have been
searching for “yoga for flexibility” videos on youtube for two days. Today, I
chose a video having 2.2 million views. The instructor is Cole Chance and the
channel is YogaTx. The whole video is about 30 minutes and it directly teaches
you to how to stretch. It is not difficult. Indeed, it is easy. because it is designed for beginners. Yaaayy! You just need
to have some stamina to finish.
Please do
try if you have back pains like I did once. Do not let this machineray modern world to
conquer your body and soul and have some time for your own breaths.
