finding balance
While I am stretching my body I try to stretch my mind too. To make them equal and stabil. To stay calm and focused.
I read a simple but sincere sentence today: "Take it easy but take it"
Are you open? Open to new possibilities, new beginnings, new people, offers, choices? I am asking because I am not open to take. That's why I am not able to take it easy as well. I always start from the most difficult part and give up in the half way.
I try hard to stay strong by reminding myself that everything could be worse. This is not the way though. This is not true. By saying those words I ignore the fact that everything could be better. But the thing is worse or better are the most subjective words in the world.
Once I heard a beautiful motto from one of the videos of Adriene: "Everything is as it should be." I am not sure if I would say so in an emotionally or physically terrible condition(I probably wouldn't) but could you feel the strength of the meaning? Everything including that you are reading these lines right now.
When things start going "worse" and when you want to fall on the ground and do nothing, remember that your presence, your thoughts, your emotions, your everything is as it should be.
