day 60 & 61
Hey there.
I didn’t write
anything but don’t worry I did my yoga. I am continuing with Fiji. I really
love her tranquil voice, easing movements and lovely smile. I know I am talking
like I fell into love with her but no… She is doing her job very well and she
is more creative than Adriene. I am sorry I am telling this but I guess Fiji’s
flows and asanas are not for beginners. I cannot imagine someone doing yoga for
the first time doing Fiji’s this 14 days of challenge. I am doing yoga for 60
days. I am not a beginner but I am not an advanced yogi as well. I am in the
middle of these two categories but who cares. You just do what you can. What I
am trying to say is one can easily get discouraged if they start with Fiji.
Adriene is great to start. As I mentioned before for 2 years I only did yoga
with Adriene and for the first time I tried to do with someone else after I
started this blog.
Even my
whole body is aching because of last night full of dancing I did my yoga at
night today. Besides, yesterday I got home, did my yoga, and then went to a
concert. I call this dedication yo all! (Pretending that I forgot I didn’t yoga
for two days this week)
It’s day
61!!! It’s incredible. It is really shocking that I am still doing this. Yoga
is becoming a milestone in my life. My body is unbelievably changing. My
muscles are getting stronger. I am getting able to do many postures that I
couldn’t do. I never believed I could do an elbow-stand for example. I notice I
need patience and regular practice only. Please keep this in mind. You cannot
jump into a hard posture by doing yoga only one week. However, you may see the
difference. As the moments passing your body and your presence cannot be the
same. So why not improving it and moving yourself up with a good plan of yoga?
I still didn’t finish new schedule for November. I guess I will continue with
Fiji. We’ll see.
