day 48 - you can breathe only the present


DUDES it’s day 48 and I have already started to plan next month!
I will share it towards the end of October. I wonder if I can be an inspiration for people who need some yoga. I wonder if I can change the perspective of someone who think yoga is only for spiritual people.

Today on my mat, I realised I could finally shut my brain off. I wasn’t contemplating on anything except the poses and my breaths. It’s magical because think about it one sec. Your brain chatters and chatters throughout allllllll your life. It never stops working. It never stops talking to you. Even you don’t notice it is speaking IT DOES. This is called conscious and we all show off with our consciousness. It is a tough world where no one ever seems interested in showing their weak parts. Every single person tries to be perfect by the exact same ways and thus our daily lives, attitudes, approaches, creativity, words, even clothes have become same. We all think having toxic acts or ideas is out of question for us because we are SO perfect to have faults, right? We burry them deep and don’t let anyone explore. Then your existence with this messed-up subconscious evolve into something glowing on the surface but toxic inside. Why not taking every part of you? Your mind and body is a whole!




Most of you think only these people accepting their weak parts do yoga. It is thought yogis can’t manage to keep their shit together and too weak to involve daily life. If only you can know how powerful with yoga you are…

I am encouraging you to check the video titled “yoga for actors” by Adriene. Because I believe it will prepare you to have some serious monologues with your inner-self. It has some basic postures like goddess pose and dancer’s pose and apart from these it focuses on your breath and mind. The harmony between your body and soul.

You can breathe neither the future nor the past. You can only breathe the present. Don’t you ever forget it lovelies.
