day 37

Yoga Session of Today:
Vinyasa for Vitaility

Hard day it was for me. In the morning I was too sick to go to work so I stayed at home and rested. However, I didn’t skip my yoga session and continued to experience the new!

This yoga instructor lady’s name is Fiji McAlpine aaand this is the second video guided me for my flow. I could catch ya this time Ms. McAlpine and enjoyed it really much! I guess she cares for the energy flow and therefore she creates dynamic & challenging videos. I guess for a couple of days I will be with her.

I guess it’s the right time to find something that I’ve never tried because it’s been 37 days. Wow. Almost 40. I believe Fiji’s flows will enable me to learn how to breathe thoroughly during fast & full of energy sessions. She does not tell the names of the poses generally but… who cares… Her videos & lessons will also help to improve my own movements/flows. It’s really important for a yogi; to be able to display your own acts on your yoga mat. The only guide you need is you actually, yet of course training is a must.

In these days my body seeks for healthier sleep schedules, I know. I need to be back on my routine. I need to believe in myself again. A certain question keeps eating my mind: Should I go to a training course? I’ve been saving money for this for nearly 8 months but now, the time has come and I am not sure if I should pay this amount of money just for a certificate or not…
I need a clearer mind.
