day 4- give your PRANA a chance to be luminous

prana is basicly the energy of the universe so the main source of it for your body & soul is your breath. hoooowever,

"pranayama is the practice of breath control. the word prana refers not only to breath but also to air and life itself."

so do not keep your prana while you're doing yoga dear friends. do not restrain your beautiful energy at all.

today's exercise has brought me more strength and I am glistening with my prana. I know there are tons of things to learn about my breath because I have not begun yet. it's a whole different story. right now what I am trying to achieve is to stand in balance while I can take deeeeeeeeeep breaths.

this pose creates a flying effect (even though my yoga matt is not a flying carpet) but i do love toe stands! (not because it's the only stand-pose I am able to do... shhhh)
